How did you install them?  Unlike Windows, most software is available
through the distro you're using.  I'd assume that if you installed these
plugins via SuSE's software installer, you wouldn't be having the
problems you're having?

find will do it.

find <directory to search under> -name "bit of the file name"

man find will tell you a lot more.
