I think this thread is getting a little confusing for most that are 
responding to it and a little confused by the person who posted it (In 
my own opinion.)

I think it's common sense (No insult in tended) that if you download 
something, IF you know where you downloaded it to, to go your route 
directory (My computer for example on Windows) and then follow the path 
to where the file is instead of typing in the whole address to where the 
file is in the first place.
