Hello Harold,

Puppy is I think, one of the simpler packages to
install.  You only
need one partition for it.  I would use ext2 file
system.  You can
create a swap partition, you would then have to tell
Puppy to mount and
use it.  I believe that is in the fstab file.

You dont have to worry about file permissions, etc in
Puppy, because
Root is the only user, and you are automatically
logged it.

What i have learned so far, was from trashing Ubuntu
Linux.  Over and
over, and over again. <g>  I real good at
reinstalling, mediocre at
fixing, but that is how I have learned.
