That sounded like a great idea. So I type:
"rmmod ide-scsi" and received the error
"module ide_scsi does not exist in /proc/modules"
I have version 2.6.12
OK, next question. Why are you running ide-scsi in the first place? In
the latest 2.6 kernels it is unneeded and deprecated. Any chance you
can just remove ide-scsi? The install disk seems to work fine without it.
