On my "other" computer I have ubuntu set up, but cannot get an
internet connection through my Linksys WUSB54G v4 wireless device.
Have followed all the posts on ubuntu forum, and have made progress.
At least Linux recognizes the device because the link light is on and
off all the time, but no internet connection. Downloaded and
converted the rpm version of the driver. Have done and redone all the
obvious stuff.
Have blacklisted rt2570 and wlan0 shows up and I enter ESSID and WEP
key, but no connection. have tried the wep key both Hex an asci.

Works fine in Windows and PCLinuxOS. I have also attempted
about:config in the browser and changing a setting on ivp6, but
nothing helps.

Any suggestions? Since the wireless device is reacting, I think I am
close to a solution, but no cigar.

Thanks
Jerry
