I have no experience with your issue, but Googling for - BELKIN F5D7050 SuSe Linux - produced quite a few results. My suggestion would be to wade through those (mostly threads in help forums) and see if anyone else has had success with your device. If you're lucky, you might find a tutorial on installing/configuring wireless network devices in SuSe Linux. ;-)
You might also want to have a look at http://www.linuxcompatible.org to see if your model is mentioned. Oh, and check out http://ndiswrapper.sourceforge.net/ I suspect that NDISWrapper comes bundled with SuSe (though I may be wrong about that) and it will probably be required to get your wireless adapter up and running (though I may be wrong about that as well :P).
