Was Win doze installed first?
If yes, do the following. If not, I have no help.
Set BIOS to boot from CD or DVD.
Boot from 1st CD or DVD.
At the prompt, type:
# Linux rescue
Respond to each dialogue box appropriately until logged in.
When the screen is black, at the prompt type:
# chroot /mnt/sysimage
# grub-install --recheck all
# exit
# exit
Reboot the machine. It should be fixed now.
