Hi,

I hunted and looked and read. Finally I found this at Video Lan:
http://download.videolan.org/pub/libdvdcss/1.2.9/

ubuntu users and use the debian package installer to get it setup.  
Repositories would mention libdvdcss2 but the files would not  
available for installation.
