Hi folks,

I ve seen a couple of screenshots of various desktops where people have
managed to keep settings on the desktop where they can monitor the CPU
Usage, RAM performance, Different mails( might be some feeds), Hard disk
free space, Wifi( Current wireless network monitor), Media player(looks
like its embedded onto the desktop) and the likes.

So i would like someone here to lemme know how to do these settings in
detail. The approach looks real cool to me.

I am using Suse 9.3 over VMWare in one machine and Fedora core 5 in my
home machine, both on intel based x86 platform.
