sbm.img is the image (*.img, get it?). rawrite2 (or Rawwrite 0.7 for Windows) uses the image to create the floppy. Of course, now that you've gone and done it the hard way, SourceForge has released all-in-one installers for DOS and Linux (download from http://btmgr.sourceforge.net/download.html ). Oh well, maybe it'll help the next person. The nice thing about this new version (3.7) is that it can be installed directly to the Master Boot Record (MBR) of a hard drive!
