I am not sure what you mean. Are you talking about moving files from the 
Windows host or from the inside Virtualbox Ubuntu VM?
Basically the VM will be running just like a separate computer within a 
coimputer and as such it is self sufficient. You can install applications using 
the package manager found in Administration in the menu.. There is no sense in 
trying to run Windows program files in Linux, but if you wish to share data 
files you need to set up a shared folder in the Virtuabox controls for the VM. 
Also you will need to add the Virtualbox tools to get the most out of your 
experience. Without it your cursor will be locked inside the VM and you will 
have to press a hotkey to leave the Virtualbox VM Window.

first of all thank you for all the help with wine and second of all 
this group has provided a lot of help sooooo i'm runing ubuntu in 
virtiul box on windows and i want to put files and other games in 
virtiual box to test them out and see how they run and how great they 
work but even my linux genuis that i know has no clue how to put file
