Looks like you've picked up some extraneous HTML along the
way... try just typing rails without the <tt> and </tt>

> [EMAIL PROTECTED]:~/newrailsapp$ <tt>script/server</tt>
If ~/newrailsapp isn't in your path, you'll need to preface the
command with ./
./script/server (again without <tt> and </tt>)
