I have no clue what Ultrastar is. Is it a game or media file? If it is a media file, you problably need to install the restricted extras for your disto. Go into Synaptic and search for restricted extras. There are different ones for each desktop, such Kubuntu, Ubuntu, and Xubuntu. Get the rright one. Even if this isn't your problem it is a good idea to install them. Install VLC while you are at it. If it is a game or application then post more information about what it is and how you installed it.
