Your input in this matter has been very helpful. At this time I will be looking 
into the Brother as it appears that most of you that offered feedback, have had 
good results with Brother. Probably a DCP Series since I don't require Faxing 
capabilities. Plan to download the Ubuntu or similar Linux Distro and install. 
Again thank you all for taking the time to read the post and offering your 
suggestions. You made my search much easier. PM
