If you have CD burning software, just download the .iso file and burn it to disk.
If not, there are free CD burning programs for Windows that will do the job quite easily so long as you have a burner. I have not kept up with Knoppix for some time; as far as I know, it has mostly been used as a rescue CD for systems that have become unbootable with their installed OS. For installing a daily use distribution, it would not be my choice.
