I have merged in the latest 2.4.19 pci_ids.h with the linuxbios version. In the process I found they have changed and deleted some names.
I have put the linuxbios-specific names at the end of the file bracketed by a comment pair to show they are linuxbios-specific. Your builds should be fine. If they break due to a problem with pci_ids.h please let me know.
