cvs freebios locked?

I'm trying to 'cvs co freebios', but am getting 'waiting for xxxxxx's lock in /cvsroot/freebios/freebios/src/northsouthbridge/sis'.

 

This was been happening for 16+ hours now.

 

What is the story with that?
