Given the long lead time on 2.4 most distrubutions are fairly 2.4
ready. Just skim through Documentation/Changes to see what the
recommeded upgrades are.
Most distributions are still watching 2.4 stabalize before they ship
it. But for linuxBIOS since 2.4 qualifies as a PNP-OS it is much more
useful.
