Just thought I would let you know, M-Systems has just released 2 new DoC devices, unfortunately in TSOP form factor - however, we could make a daughter board for DIP-32 mounting. They have a 16MByte DoC2000, as well as a 32MByte DoC Millennium - both devices have a 1K boot block as opposed to the old 512 byte boot block. Interesting on these devices is that at least one of them supports a 16-bit bus (read double read speed!). Regards Hamish
