The build system for freebios requires a build directory outside of the
freebios source tree.  So to get started you need to create a new
directory. I will call it build-linuxbios.

Then you need to run 
$ python freebios/util/config/NLBConfig.py config.file build-linuxbios

Then cd to build-linuxbios and run make.
