The developer "rsmith" checked in revision 2374 to
the LinuxBIOS source repository and caused the following
changes:

- revert Config.1M.lb back to PLCC size and add new SPI config fileSPI config
file is 1M-128k to allow for EC code

Compilation of artecgroup:dbe61 is still broken.
If something broke during this checkin please be a pain
in rsmith's neck until the issue is fixed.
If this issue is not fixed within 24h the revision will
be backed out.
