13 is a GPF. I suspect your ram is still not quite there yet.
Pull down memtest86, build it and use that as a payload. ('memtest' is
the elf file ) That way you can really test if your ram is solid.
Note you will need to enable memtest's serial stuff in config.h. And
you must have a terminal program that understands ANSI. minicom
works.
