Originally the dbe61 target doesn't have IDE enabled. Additionally to properly configured resources you must have VSA2 binary (you can get it from AMD). VSA2 software is part of the Geode LX platform. For example without VSA2 you can't get PCI properly working (there isn't PCI headers for devices).
