Is your SuperIO a Winbond W83627HF? (Search the board for a chip close
to bios chip and the ports)

Ok. This is bad. To some extent. Your southbridge is an ICH4, right?
I will go read the ICH4 data sheet some more on thursday to figure
something out.

I have a very similar problem with a very similar board, but I did not
try 4e yet. Chances are that it's a similar problem.
