This patch for the dbe61 gets to loading the payload but then crashes. I think that the SPD table may need more refinement. (Note that it is working on a Norwich platform so there is a subtle difference I have not found yet.)

I felt like there was enough important stuff here to submit this patch. I will continue to work with the Artec Group guys to get a working payload.
