Definitely not all of them. I think we should let all unused utilities
die in their respective versions of LinuxBIOS.
I think the way we have been doing it was a good one:
* We move the utilities as they are being worked on.
* Stuff that is specific to a certain version (like lar) goes into
that version.
* All generic stuff goes to the global util.
