Mine isn't either hence the question! :-) What sort of trouble are you having?
Which
motherboard are you using it on?
I am not entirely convinced that I can blame my troubles on this though. I am still
executing code from the FLASH .. If I add in the code which writes to the com port
while
filling the memory (during the memory test) it starts of OK displaying the addresses
but
then the addresses become corrupted with strange ascii characters and then it crashes.
If I
remove the com port code it gets through to the RAM checking stage.

I had a look at the one on the via web site it has Machine specific
registers listed in
appendix A (which include MTRR stuff) but doesn't really have any detailed explanation
... there must be a more detailed spec around somewhere! It talks about physical base
and physical mask registers. Not having had anything to do with the intel one yet I
can't
tell if that is similar or not.
