Starting from scratch

Hi,

I am just getting started understanding LinuxBIOS, and was going to order a
motherboard to start installing and testing it.  Does anyone have any
suggestions for a motherboard?  Is it better to have a motherboard with a
DoC to support larger image sizes?  I was initially looking at the Matsonic
MS7308E.
