I am working on the changes to make Tyson and others with multiple
superios happy. I hope to put out the new version for your comments next
week. It is proving to be not too bad to make it work. I am doing this
work taking into account our earlier discussions on this list.

Superios and southbridges have gotten complex. We have found cases where
you need to set enables in the superio BEFORE PCI config, for example, so
that PCI config will find the part. The new changes take this into
account. Basically you get the option of calling init functions three
different times: before pci config, after pci config, and at the very end
before main() is called. I think this covers all the bases.

The new options will let Tyson do all the stuff he is doing now.

The first cut will only be done for superios so we can get it right, but
we may need to also put this type of support in for other chips, e.g.
systems with multiple northbridge parts.
