NLBConfig.py vs LBConfig.py

Hi,
I just cvs-updated freebios dir. and trying to build matsonic ms7308e for 
DoC Mil. At first which script should I use NLBConfig.py or LBConfig.py, and 
what is the difference? Also what is the meaning of arch command?
