Here are some ideas I came up with in 5 minutes......

1. Donate them to charity, those people DO (sometimes) use stuff like that
2. Make some really neat keychains (cut the sharp points off)
3. make some really neat clipboards, embed them in acrylic
4. Make necklaces and/or bracelets out of them (cut the sharp points off)
5. sell them
6. Play pranks on coworkers.... IE: Walk out of their office/cubicle
after installing a blue screen screensaver or some such, make sure they
see you holding the chip(s) in front of you. Also be sure to tell them
you had to remove a few parts from their computer and you are taking
them in for repair
7. put them in a bulletin board to make neato pictures
8. set up an electrical ark between two of the chips (low enough that
the contacts wouldn't vaporize) , turn it into something similar to a
lava lamp... (sequence the contacts to ark at different times, in
sequence, a pattern, etc), possibly sell them if it turns out well
9. Tell your friends that you took the brain out of their furby, and
here it is.
10. Same as above, except aibo, or similar electronic pet.
11. Same as above, except tell them it is a co-workers pace maker
controller
12. Write a 12 step self help program by arranging all the spare parts
to spell out words and letters. Or, just write a program that displays
the 12 step program to the screen of the computer
the flash is in.
13. Grind them up and add them to your coffee
14. Grind them up and add them to your friends coffee.
15. Grind them up and add them to your enemy's coffee.
16. Grind them up and create your own soft drink "Techno Cola", use
the bits in the CAN, not the drink.
17. decorate your monitor
18. recylce them
19. sell them on ebay as "parts for secret military listening devices"
20. Mail them to me
21. Use them as a form of currency
22. knit them into a chain mail sweater
23. decorate costumes with them
24. barely touch people in the back of the neck with the contacts when
they arent paying attention
25. throw them at me for e-mailing so many uses of useless parts

Anyway! I had fun, hope you had fun reading them!
