Ye, it can boot from the Ethernet.
We use parts of grub to understand ext2
It can load any file from any ext2 fs and boot it. (Ethernet, or ide at
present)

Does this means that your (current) romimage.bin can boot kernel from
LAN with SiS 630 M/Bs ??
You also have grub/netboot etc etc in your source. Do you used them all
??
If yes, what exact do you use them for ??
Sorry, I am really a newbie in grub/netboot/etherboot issue.
