ASUS CUA

I can put a working linuxbios in the source tree today for the ASUS
CUA. It uses DoC and works fine. 

The only current problem is that due to 512 byte IPL and CUA hardware
contrariness, you can't use more than one DIMM slot. Also, it is TNT VGA
hardware, so of course (thanks invidia!) nobody knows how to make it
go. But you do get a pretty good serial port machine. 

Would anybody like this? If so I'll do the commit.
