I would expect that this would work within apache
or within something like boa. My reason for messing
with boa was so that someone could use this tool without
*having* to mess with apache, especially if apache
was already doing something important on the machine...

Actually, I had not expected that this thing would
be producing the flash image itself, although it could.
I was focusing on getting it to produce a valid configuration
file, which could then be fed to the (mostly silent) build
script however many times you like.
