DOS would be possible if you supported all those stupid DOS 16-bit
interrupts and a couple of other BIOS services.  WinME needs less, but
still lots more than we provide.  WinNT and 2000 would be your best bets,
because all their 16-bit code is run in a virtual machine, but you'd still
have to know what BIOS services they require.

Besides having a slightly cooler desktop, I don't see any reason why
anyone would figure out the Windows/DOS booting, except possibly
motherboard vendors who want to get AMI and Pheonix's $10/board profits.
I think LinuxBIOS is for the embedded market (clusters seem to be a subset
of embedded).

PS.  I just realized that you are from ALI -- in that case, DOS/Windows
support may just be worth your while for your maindboards;  as I
understand it, you get about $5 profit per (cheap) board -- LinuxBIOS
could triple this.
