Sorry I didn't mean to come down on AMD. AMD has been helpful in providing
the documentation under NDA, and by making all of their chipset
documentation publicly available.

The request has been made, and is being made again. But so far without
results. I think I'm at the third of fourth pass at this. So I don't
feel uncomfortable saying what the current situation is. And that is
what I was describing the frustrating current situtation.

Now if you or someone else not directly connected with those who have
already asked would like to attempt persuading AMD to publicly
document enough features of their processors that LinuxBIOS can be
used effectively, I would appreciate it. For now I have done all that
I know how to do. I have been told people in the appropriate
high places are considering it...

Eric
