I was right..... maybe because sis730 always came with sis900 it starts 
looking for sis900 and hangs not finding it on this mb..... removing SIS900 
config in the kernel: 

# CONFIG_SIS900 is not set 

solves the problem and I can boot and work with the box very good. 

But............ there's another problem ..... I lose the video sometimes.... 
Its just black screen , I cant see anything. I can type on the keyboard 
blindly and login, or telnet to it from another box. 

Theese are the patterns:
I turn on  ->  I get NO video. Login via telnet. Reboot. I got video. I can 
reboot N times , I will alvays have video until a shutdown comes. 

Somtimes after a shutdown I turn on and I get video but it's like 1 of 10 
times..... 

what could it be?
