Tell us you have it actually built, and sort of working on a board,
and I'll go there.  Are you doing this for the l440gx or another board?

Basically the etherboot in the tree could be generalized but I believe
it makes more sense to use the stock etherboot compiled to boot from
linuxBIOS.
