The company ELFA has a "zero force socket" ZIP DIP socket.
DIP32 has part number 48-172-19.
They seem to be able to sell to Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Poland
with resellers in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Russia as well.
