no, it's really broken. Well, I think. Here's what happens.

You read bar 1 of the interface. It reads back as 0x1f1. You write
0xffffffff. The bar reads back as 0x1f1.

I think this is broken behaviour. Especially since you can set a bit
somewhere else and the register will now size correctly. I can see how a
hardware guy trying to make it a readonly register would screw this up.

Am I wrong?
