my experience with XP+ was unsuccessful on SiS730 M/B, I dropped back to 1.4Ghz after destroying the processor on boot, the reason is a mystery, absolutely no signs of heat stress, luckily I didn't pay for the processor so be wary if you are paying for it. Brian
