NLBConfig changes

Gents,   I see that Ron recently made +6 -2 lines of changes to NLBConfig.py, and Eric made +23 -11 lines of changes.   Ron asked me in private email about merging in my changes to NLBConfig gradually.  My reply to him was that I didn't see a benefit to doing the changes in multiple steps, I recommend releasing all the changes at once, but if he wants just a subset, I can do that.  I haven't seen a reply.   Do you want my changes to NLBConfig, as detailed in mail from a few weeks ago, that improve the readability of and documentation in the Makefile and NLBConfig?  If so, let me know, and I can merge with Ron and Eric's recent changes and send the code to the mailing list again.  If you want only a subset of my changes, you'll need to tell me specifically which changes you want... I'm not good at mindreading.   Happy holidays! - Jan
