I note some stuff in serial.c changed too. It could be. Though if the diff is any guidance I am at a loss. All of my changes were minor refinements to stuff that already existed. And the biggest change (Moving the LinuxBIOS table down a few bytes) doesn't take effect until the system is almost up. Eric
