Since I managed to delete a large chunk of my hard drive while working
way too late Friday night, I haven't gotten very far on catching up with
recent work. ...not much really lost, but I have to
rebuild/download/collect a lot of stuff.

Anyway, my guess is that between multiple superio support and launching
an ELF that does what ever I need before finally launching a kernel I
expect that I will be able to do what ever I need.

One area I'm concerned about (mostly do to a lack of knowledge on the
current state of things) is that I have to use a hard coded ram
initialization because our hardware doesn't on the eeproms for the
dimms. I generally have to assume that you need to support different
ram inits anyway so I should be OK but I need to find out at what scope
you can select how ram is initialized.

Cheers!
