The web site listed the chipset as a sis730 which I dont think supports the 
AMD XP but the specs say it does as of version 7.0.  I think its a new 
version with a new chipset.  Did you buy it?  How much was it?  Try to find 
out what chipset it has for sure.  If you did buy it and can get linux 
running on it, type lspci and send the results here.
