ok but it's not quite right.

I think it assumes address 0xc00 as the base. You have to read a config
register to get the actual base.

yes. works on vendor. Doesn't work on linuxbios.

good idea. I would try this but I just trashed my last l440gx. There's
just too much good new stuff and too many helpful vendors to keep fooling
with intel motherboards.
