Currently the bootloader picture is a little sketchy.  Changing the
BIOS options from Linux is easy but it won't help until a little later
when there is support for a boot order in LinuxBIOS.

Booting is currently a very active area of reasearch with LinuxBIOS,
and we are just cracking this problem.  I sould be very surprised if
in a couple of months changing the boot order from Linux isn't a
trivial operation.
