I just
installed linuxconf-1.13r1-1.i386.rpm
on a 5.1 system to upgrade it from the linuxconf-1.11r11-rh3 version that was
installed by default on RH 5.1. I've noticed though that the layout is
different. On the 1.11 version, it separated everything out by Config and
Control, whereas the 1.13 version (supposedly a later version) reverts back to
the original "everything on one menu" approach. Why is this so? What
is the real latest version of linuxconf for RH 5.1? Is the Control and Config
motif a RH based thing (given that the rpm has "rh" in the
name)?
Confused . . . .
