After uninstalling and reinstalling linuxconf I still get the settings I entered before uninstalling. I know that this can be quite useful, but I screwed my configuration while experimenting with linuxconf. When I uninstall linuxconf my system runs fine, but after reinstalling, my network devices are not configured correctly. I found some files like /etc/conf.linuxconf* and deleted them, but I still get my old settings. Where does linuxconf store it's other configuration data?
