I think a good solution would be to show the first 15 entries with a search
input and browse forward and back buttons. This way you could browse the
list 15 (or some other number) entries at a time or search the list with a
prefix and just get a list of entries that match, with the same browse
function. This would be the best for me, but then I dont know how hard it
would be to code.
